Revamping the search results for Office Depot Business Solutions was a challenging yet rewarding 10-month project. It required extensive research, meticulous analysis, and numerous design iterations. This initiative not only transformed the user experience but also acted as a catalyst for our Technology Insiders Program—a customer feedback initiative that I led from conception to implementation.
